Party Saver Rentals

10% of the rental on private parties and TBD on larger/corporate events and festivals.  Covers accidental & weather related damage.  Does not cover purposeful or inteded damage or damage caused by apathy.

Choose this option - we will add to final order for you.  A ten - fifteen percent fee (of the rental costs) will cover a Damage waiver .  Prevents any fees you would be responsible for from damage accidentally incurred.  Must  be applied at time of order OR upon delivery.  NOT applicable if  deliverey is completed or after the fact.  Very simply put it is like insurance if something were to get damaged, stolen or broken while in your possesion. 

Choose this option - we will add it to your final order for you.  A ten percent fee (of the rental costs only) will cover a Rain waiver .  Allows a refund of deposit if it rains and we or you cancel bounce.  Must  be applied at time of order OR fourteen days in advance. Refund is NOT applicable if unit is delivered see details for more information.  A rain waiver will allow one additional scheduling without a re-scheduling fee.  Very simply put it is like insurance if it rains and you wouldn't do anything else that same day.  If you would switch to another item we would re-apply the bounce deposit to that item.  Great for block parties with no rain date.

· You are responsible for supervising the children though supervisors can be hired through us for a hourly fee.

· You are responsible for providing a clean flat surface of 20 x 20 (some sizes vary) for set up of the unit.

· Please remove the "doodies"

· You are responsible for letting us know if you are not setting up on grass.  If you are on concrete or hardtop you’ll need sand bags ($50.00) and replacement tarps are a fee if tarp is damaged.

· You are responsible for providing electricity within 50 feet of the set up area or making generator arrangements ($85.00).  Extra long cords are available ($10.00). We must plug directly into an outlet NO extension cords unless they are ours.

· You are responsible for following and enforcing the rules and guidelines we set forth for safe operation and play inside the unit

· You are responsible for returning the unit in clean and orderly condition without damage or water.  Clean up fees are $35.00 per hour.  NO SILLY STRING.

· You must be available to take delivery during the time frame of your reservation up to 2 hours prior or after unless you have told us otherwise. This means you must be available to supervise unit for duration of it’s running time.  Please advise us if you have time restrictions for set up or tear down

· You must advise us of adverse set-up locations or circumstances (ie: at the bottom of a huge hill)

· If you have a late evening set up you must provide lighting for the bounce area so we can see to tear down a dark pick up is a $50.00 fee as is a cold pick up (under 50*)

 · All units are cleaned on a regular cleaning schedule.

· Emergency number provided to reach your bounce supervisor in case of weather or unit related questions during your event.

· We carry 1 million dollars of liability coverage insurance on our units.

· All of our bounce units have a safety step in front for easier in & out of children.

· Refer a friend and get $5.00 credit for your future use.

· You can keep a unit for extra time for just a little more per hour ($15.00 on standard units - slighty higher on premium units ) per hour.  Please call before your scheduled pick up to extent your time
