Addendum:
By accepting and paying for this order client agrees to the following:
� ALL ORDERS: Regardless of how you are paying, REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE to confirm the reservation to hold against damages and will be kept on file for security until all rentals are returned. We use your credit card as a guarantee for the reservation until booking fee or payment in full is received and providing it to us locks in the price. However, payment options vary.
� $25.00 non-refundable rush processing fee applies for all orders placed 72 hours or less.
� Client is responsible for all rentals and damages to rentals while in their possession. If items are not returned, client will pay replacement cost of item. Theft of items or loss during transport will be charged to client at replacement cost of item.
� We are bringing items that can be heavy to your event. Please be sure our delivery drivers can park their vehicle close. Additional fees will apply if delivery crew must walk over 100 ft. from parked location.
� Backyard or interior delivery is additional. Please call for quote
� Set up/tear down of rentals is additional. Please call for quote
� Please Do Not place ANY FOOD or DRINK items on or near PHOTO BOOTH units including, Photo Booth Box, Printer or Table. (YOU SHOULD PLAN ON HAVING A TABLE OFF TO THE SIDE FOR PLACING DRINKS ON DURING YOUR PARTY while photo booth is in use)
� Our crews pick up at the agreed upon time. Please cut your line and make sure rentals are NOT in use when we arrive, otherwise a waiting fee will be charged. No exceptions-No waiting!
� If a rental item is found to be damaged upon client set up, client must report it before start of party commencement time to avoid charges for damages and allow us time for replacement if necessary. If items are not reported prior to party start, client will be charged for damaged item repair or replacement.

- DELIVERY: We deliver to Oswego, Aurora, Plainfield, Bolingbrook and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
