Concession - Pick up Addendum:
By accepting and paying for this order client agrees to the following:
� $35.00 cleaning fees apply to all concessions returned dirty.
� $25.00 non-refundable rush processing fee applies for all orders placed 72 hours or less.
� Client is responsible for all rentals and damages to rentals while in their possession. 12.5% non-refundable damage waiver fee applies to all pick up orders for items that are covered. Damage waiver not available on all rentals. Damages covered under damage waiver will require item to be returned to FTS. If items are not returned, client will pay replacement cost of item. Theft of items or loss during transport will be charged to client at replacement cost of item.
� GLASS BREAKAGE IN TRANSPORT IS NOT COVERED UNDER DAMAGE WAIVER
� You are picking up moderately heavy and possibly large items. PLEASE make sure the vehicle you bring can fit the items rented. Rentals are NOT allowed to be tied to top of any vehicle.
� Loading and unloading is the responsibility of the CLIENT. If we assist in loading, we do not take responsibility for any vehicular damage. While our delivery crew may be able to load and unload your items it is NOT guaranteed that they are available to do so. If you want to make sure someone is available to load for you, please call ahead and we will try to accommodate your request if we have someone scheduled at warehouse.
� Please be sure you have a sturdy table and proper electricity for your concession items
� Please be careful of items or juices that can stain when transporting
� Rental returns are due back the following day between 9AM-11AM return window unless other arrangements have been made with our office for additional rental days. Keep in mind that rentals received outside of the 9AM-11AM return window will be charged late return fee of a full day rental or up to 2x the rental fee if it affects the next rental. Call ahead if you are running late for return to be sure we still have someone at warehouse to accept your rentals as after 11AM, our crew leaves for scheduled deliveries. Please call our office in advance if you need to schedule a pickup in lieu of a return on your own at an additional fee.
� If a rental item is found to be damaged upon client set up, client must report it before start of party commencement time to avoid charges for damages and allow us time for replacement if necessary. If items are not reported prior to party start, client will be charged for damaged item.

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
