FAQ's Inflatables

General information & Guidelines on Inflatables-

  • đźšš DELIVERY: We deliver to Naperville, Aurora, Oswego, Plainfield, Lisle and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated based on distance and ARE NOT included here in the base rate).
  • 🚚 STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery & pick up hours are 9am to 5pm.  NOTE: Scheduled deliveries and pick up’s after 5pm we may have a late night fee or you can opt for a flat fee/overnight rental and enjoy a longer rental without extra hours billed or worrying about what time they are showing up to take away the inflatable babysitter.  We understand some locations & events will not be able to accommodate this but once you send in the request we will respond with your best option.
  • 🌧 RAIN POLICY: Choose to add our rain-waiver that allows you to reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost. (Private events) Great news – we have so many rental and entertainment options to choose from you can have a plan B! If you are not canceling your event then we have indoor units, games, entertainers. Plan in advance for a backup option and make your day worry free!
  • 👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for traditional bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
  • 🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
  •  👉 WHAT’S INCLUDED:
    • Extension Cord /Blower
    • Safety Stakes to secure to ground
    • Set up and installation/ pick up and tear down 
  •  👉 WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
    • Enough space for us to setup your rental
    • A minimum 4′ wide clear path to the set up area – please be sure to consider gates, stairs, no major hills or obstacles
    • Electric outlet within 50 feet of setup area – dedicated to the bounce house
    • *** Waterslides *** will need a dedicated hose to the unit

If you want a late night pick up after sunset or our daily service hours there is a fee for us to leave a driver (or two for larger units) on the clock for your event. 

Here are our hourly guidelines:

Standard delivery & pick up times are 9 am to 5 pm

Late night pick up should be scheduled before dark.  Be mindful we have to pick up outdoor bounces no later than below or it will be dark and there may be a further cost for bringing worksite lighting. We recommend if going after 5 to just add overnight.

Sunset times apply but these are average light bearing hours:

  • July 8:30
  • August 8:00
  • September 7;00
  • October 6:30
  • November 5:00

****  this is approximately when it is gets dark we can check the sunset schedule for you

Late night pickup will VARY based on the equipment size

Standard 1 man pick up before dark ( subject to change without notice) 

  • by 6 pm – 50.00
  • by 7 pm – 100.00
  • by 8 pm – 150.00
  • by 9 pm – 200.00
  • After 9 pm 75.00 per half hour additional
    • 2 man pick ups are not double but they are additional 

Overnight fee? 

Rates will vary based on the size of the equipment.  The overnight fees usually range from $50.00- to $150.00 and we will then just come back between 9 and and 5 pm the next day.  This is only applicable to private events.

  • You will be billed the overnight fee + the base rental fee – NO additional hours are charged past the event “end” time until the next day. 
  • You do not have to be home if we have access to the yard.
  • We usually ask for the bower to be hidden under the vinyl or brought in.
  • Yes you can re inflate and play on the equipment the next day until we arrive ( if a waterslide you have to go dry)

 

The overnight fee is weather contingent and if bad weather is imminent prior to the next day then we will speak to you regarding contingencies.

12.5% of the rental on private parties and TBD on larger/corporate events and festivals.  Covers accidental & weather related damage.  Does not cover purposeful or intended damage or damage caused by apathy. If you choose to waive the damage waiver any equipment damage will be billed the cost of repair. 

Must  be applied at time of order / before delivery.  NOT applicable if  delivery is completed or after the fact.  Very simply put it is like insurance if something were to get damaged, stolen or broken while in your possession. 

Valid only on private parties – for Corporate events contact your sales rep for details of how you can purchase event insurance.

To Add this option – Call and we can add it to your final order for you.  A ten percent fee (of the rental costs only) will cover a Rain waiver.  
rain waiver will allow one additional scheduling without a re-scheduling fee.  Very simply put it is like insurance if it rains and you wouldn’t do anything else that same day.  If you would switch to another item we would re-apply the bounce fees to that item.  Great for block parties with no rain date.

It does not allow for a refund of the rental fees it is simply protects you from loosing your fees due to cancellation.  If you were to cancel you would be entitled to nothing back.  We ONLY recommended when the reschedule fee is more than the rain waiver fee. 

What is the deal with a mystery bounce?  We have a lot of bounce units.  If you are having an event and you want a bounce but you do not have a preference of style this option will allow you to save a little for your flexibility.  Our procedure with bounces is to send out our plain ones first, then we send out the generic ones ( like hot air balloons) then we get into the theme ones and boy and girl ones. So  IF the last bounce we have in the warehouse is power girl and it’s a boys party it is possible for you to get that.  However, you have to go through a lot of other levels before we get there. 

Do people ever get an upgraded unit? – Yes it happens all the time with mystery bounces on busier weekend.
