Product Information:

Tent pricing can vary due to set up surface, weather conditions, distance for delivery and many other factors.

Please feel free to set up a site survey with our office. There is a nominal fee.

Set Up and Tear-down: We do set up and tear downs 1 - 2 days prior to the event date unless we tell you otherwse. Mother nature is a factor in our ability to set up and tear down. If you require a specified time frame and/or same day service additional fees may apply, please contact our office to discuss.

Tents not reserved 6-10 days in advance will automatically have to be weighted and not staked due to the turn around time involved in marking the property by JULIE. Only certain sizes can be weighted. Weighting of tent would be an additional fee. If weighted option is water barrels, client must supply hose reaching tent connected to water source.

If tables and chairs are ordered with tents set up is included on tent only tables and chairs are an additional fee per item.
Tables and chairs will be left folded under tent. Unless the service is ordered.

If tables and chairs are left standing when we arrive for pick up a fee will be billed for the take down of these items.

Tents should not be set up adjacent to homes. Room should be left between the house and the tent. If you require a set up closer than 10 feet from the side of your building please advise us.

Extra items to consider: Lighting, side walls, linens, serving tables, fans, heating, bar, Kwik Covers (the non blow off table covers), wedding arch, podium, portable restrooms, or centerpieces.

***Due to the size of your tent or difficulty of tent installation, a site survey may need to be done and paid for prior to finalizing order at an add'l fee***

***Power that reaches tent will need to be provided on-site to plug in lighting, heating, cooling and other plug-in items on your order. Client will need to provide one or more extension cords connected to power to reach tent to plug these items in. Please contact us if you require a generator for power and/or additional extension cords in 50' increments***

***IF heaters are required due to frigid temperatures under or near a tent installed by Funtime Services, heaters must be rented from Funtime Services as there are special heaters that are safe for both the tent and client/guests. Using client supplied heaters or patio heaters will result in replacement fees charged to client for tent top and side walls of tent starting at $3,000.00 plus reimbursement for any upcoming orders that would be affected by that tent top/sides being unusable until replacements are shipped/received from manufacturer.***

***Items/services added on-site at installation or day-of event will be added to your final invoice along with additional delivery/travel fees***
