Addendum:Addendum Canopy Tent Delivery Order

By accepting and paying for this rentals order client agrees to the following:

� $25.00 non-refundable rush processing fee applies for all orders placed 72 hours or less

� Client understands that client is responsible for setting up and taking down tent and that our crew is delivering the rentals only to driveway or garage. Backyard delivery (without installation) is available at an additional fee.

� Client is responsible for all damages to rentals while in their possession. Damages from misuse, vandalism or acts of God will be first sent to the homeowner�s insurance and if declined will be then submitted through ours. In that instance the deductible will fall to the homeowner.

� 12.5% non-refundable damage waiver fee applies to all pick up orders for items that are covered. Damage waiver not available on all rentals. Damage waiver not available on Pop-Up Tents, but are available and required on Canopy Tents. Damages covered under damage waiver will require item to be returned to FTS. If items are not returned, client will pay replacement cost of item. Theft of items or loss during transport will be charged to client at replacement cost of item. Damages will not be covered due to tent being set up incorrectly due to user error.

� Tents should be set up on relatively flat surface areas. Please call us for a site survey if you are unsure about your yard. (Site survey available at an add�l fee)

� Canopy tents CANNOT be installed on or over hard surface due to center pole on tent. Tent would not be safe as pole could slip causing tent to fall. Canopy tents can only be installed completely on grass or soft ground. Canopies come with stakes for grass/soft ground installation.

� Do NOT swing from tent poles or straps under any circumstances. This can cause instability in your tent and that can lead to a dangerous situation.

� Do not attach anything to tent without prior consent from Funtime Services. Crepe Paper must NEVER be used on, in, or outside tent due to staining issues. If balloons or other approved d�cor is attached to tent, must be removed before return�and must never be attached to tent ropes.

� Do not cook or grill under tents � smoke damage is a minimum of $750.00. Other damages would result in replacement cost.

� If a rental item is found to be damaged up to client set up, client must report it before start of party time to avoid charges for damages and allow time for replacement if necessary. If items are not reported prior to party start, client will be charged for damaged item.
