Should you choose to move forward a non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at reservation if you event is under 3 months out. That retainer will secure the items on the estimate. Changes can be made up to 30-day prior with no penalties. From 30 day to 14 days, you will be assessed a 10% fee for changes made to our items and services that are cancelled. From 14 to 7 days, it's 50% cancellation fee and at 7 days or less the balance is due in full. There is an exception for side walls and any items we sub rent on your behalf may have different %'s and cancellation policies. We will do our utmost to be sure you are aware of those in advance. If you are more than 90 days out you can opt to do 25% retainer, then 25% at 90 days. 50% must be in no later than 30 days prior. If order is $250 or less, payment in full at reservation will be due. Changes will be made on invoice, but a letter of confirmation/rental agreement will be sent for you to review and sign upon agreeing to the preliminary estimate.
