Product Information:
***Tent installations during winter are weather dependent requiring client to be flexible with installation date/time and anchoring method of tent at possibly a greater cost than originally estimated. *Regardless of whether tent will be installed on grass or patio/hard surface, prior to arrival (and prior to rentals removal) client will need to completely shovel/clear snow & ice from driveway, walkway to tent area & tent installation area. *Winter tents may have the following variable fees based on weather conditions: *Work Site Heat: Heat from our heater or otherwise needs to be provided (break area, etc�) during installation so guys can warm up and tent top/sidewalls can stay supple. If not, there is a $250.00 fee for us to run a separate heater that comes and goes with us, and client will need to provide power for this heater while onsite. *Frozen Ground: If ground is too frozen to stake into grassy area manually using sledgehammer and stakes, drilling holes in grass for stakes will be required at an additional fee of $12.50 per stake/hole and client must supply power for drill. *Water Barrels: If anchor point areas are over driveway or patio, water barrels at $35/each will be required, however water barrels are a weather dependent and cannot be used during freezing temperatures. If barrels do freeze, water barrel defrosting must be done at client house and a return pick-up fee is charged. Water source with hose reaching tent must be supplied by client. At tent removal, all water from water barrels will be emptied at tent site at barrel original anchor location. *Concrete Ballasts: If Concrete Ballasts must be used, they will be billed at $50/ea. *Cold Crack: Tents installed where temperatures will dip below 32* for a lengthy period of time must be heated or risk cold cracking. Damage waiver does not cover cold crack and charging replacement cost of tent top and side walls will be required if this damage occurs. *Snow/Ice/Rain removal is the responsibility of the client to prevent the tent top from stretching or collapsing. If FTS needs to provide removal and it is requested by client, it�s billed based on labor, time and has a minimum of $100.00 plus delivery per occurrence.***

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
