Because this option is based on client picking up unit day of event between 9AM-11AM and returning following day at the same time, the below information does not apply in regards to delivery and installation, etc...
***Themed banner NOT included with pick up bounce option***Client must have large SUV, Mini van with all seats down or pick-up truck for pick up. For moving bounce from vehicle to installation site (and back to vehicle) client must have their own dolly (not included) to move the heavy inflatable (must NOT drag unit) and install unit on clean grassy area (free of pet waste), and client must be capable of rolling unit back up to get back into their vehicle and then back to rentals warehouse. We supply 4 stakes so you can anchor unit into grassy ground, but client must have a hammer mallet or sledgehammer to pound stakes into grassy ground. Client must attach blower unit into blower tube on inflatable, and plug blower unit plug into power outlet. See contract for other notes regarding rain during rental and cleaning of unit***WE ALSO HAVE DELIVERED OPTIONS IF PICK UP IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU***
General information & Guidelines on delivered and installed bounce houses -
- 🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Naperville, Aurora, Oswego, Plainfield, Lisle and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated based on distance and ARE NOT included here in the base rate).
- 🚚 STANDARD DELIVERY: Standard delivery & pick up hours are 9am to 5pm. NOTE: Scheduled deliveries and pick up's after 5pm we may have a late night fee or you can opt for a flat fee/overnight rental and enjoy a longer rental without extra hours billed or worrying about what time they are showing up to take away the inflatable babysitter. We understand some locations & events will not be able to accommodate this but once you send in the request we will respond with your best option.
- 🌧 RAIN POLICY: Choose to add our rain-waiver that allows you to reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost. (Private events) Great news - we have so many rental and entertainment options to choose from you can have a plan B! If you are not canceling your event then we have indoor units, games, entertainers. Plan in advance for a backup option and make your day worry free!
- 👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for traditional bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- 🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.

- Enough space for us to setup your rental
