RECOMMENDED on delivered orders, REQUIRED on orders picked up by client.
Funtime Services will provide a recommended/optional damage waiver to all customers for delivered items. But required on rentals picked up by client. The non-refundable charge for this waiver is 12.50% of the total rental value. (It does not include delivery, labor, fees or consumable items). This cost will cover any unintentional and accidental damage or breakage. Items will still need to be returned for it to qualify under the damage waiver. It does not cover missing or items not returned to us. And all items picked up in an open vehicle must be strapped down and if inclement weather, must also be covered with a tarp. If client does not have straps/bungee cords/tarp, there is a Menards nearby to purchase these items. Items not ever allowed in open vehicle (regardless of having straps/bungee cords/tarp) would be concession machines, A/V equipment and other specialty items.
***Does not apply to: water/liquid damage due to rain, etc..wooden items and concession machines must be protected under sheltered area, intentional damage/misuse of equipment, such as: loss in transportation, cooking under tents, wind damage to self-set up tents, standing on equipment or malicious breakage***
***Damage waiver does NOT apply to Frozen Drink/Margarita Machines***
***Damage waiver for A/V rentals is limited to accidental damage to unit, does not include liquid damage or screen breakage***
***Damage waiver for Dunk Tanks is limited to accidental damage to unit, does not include window/plexiglass breakage***
***Damage waiver for linens including coverings/napkins/runners for tables/chairs and curtains only applies to fixable/repairable damage and does not include rips/tears/cuts/burns/wax damages***
***IF Trade/Barter cash portion or discounts have been applied, damage waiver must be taken if paying via credit card***
***Damage waiver must be taken if discounts have been taken as sponsorship package or donation***
