***If items are not set up inside, under a tent or other covered area, wooden tables, portable bars, garden chairs or other items rented that can be damaged by water, must be moved by client to sheltered area during inclement weather including rain, snow, etc...and also overnight storage due to overnight dew accumilation as water damage is not covered under damage waiver***
***If client does not request set up/take down and items are not taken down upon crew arrival, full fee for take down of $2.00 per table will be charged to credit card on file - NO EXCEPTIONS***
