Easter Bunny Digital Picture Program (Fundraiser)
How it works—
The Easter Bunny Picture Program is pay per item program that you can use to fundraise with.
We will provide you with an easy DIGITAL order form for your parents. The photo will be delivered as a digital high quality photo. The digital option will offer the advantage of parents getting their original photo without the need to bring the kids to the Mall or have them squirm on the bunnies lap. The photo they provide will be added in to their chosen scene and their child (ren) will appear in the frame.
We will provide the Photo editing, delivery and take care of administrating the orders and the payments.
Your organization is responsible for promoting the photo program to it's members and we will set up a link especially for you with promotional material and order forms. All of this will be traceable to your own unique identifier.
Details -
Your organization will receive a commission based on sales:
- 0 - 150.00 - 10%
- 151 - 350.00 - 15%
- 351 - 600.00 - 20%
- 600.00 - 25%
FEES - NO upfront fees all fees deducted from sales
- $35.00 set up fee for the digital form and payment processing < ---- this can be used year after year
- There is a 5% processing fee for people who choose to pay via credit card or paypal and that is deducted from the final payout. There are options for e-check payment which has no fee.
** All payouts are made within 14 days after products are delivered as one payment to the organization, To account for any chargebacks or digital drop offs ( people who do not send the details needed and have to be refunded )
Suggested picture prices -
- $10 - 15.00 – emailed ONLY to family
- (we charge $6.00 to process digital designs regardless of your fee for sales)
- $25.00 - Emailed and a 5x7 printed copy is snail mailed with a card from the Easter Bunny!!
- (we charge $15.00 plus 1.00 for postage OR you can pick them up from our office)
- Picture costs can be set higher at the organizations discretion to use it as a fundraiser
You may charge what you like but our fees will be set as below ( for 2024 ) and we encourage you not to do less than $8.00 so there is room to absorb the 35.00 fee and any card fees.
