    The grouch is a fuzzy, green-colored creature with a heart that is “too tiny to see”. He lives in a hut on a Mountaintop, overlooking the village of little whom.  He loathes the happy and merry Whom's. He wears a ragged coat and a floppy hat, and uses his faithful dog as a moose to pull his wagon. He is clever, naughty, and snarky, but also sad and lonely. He hates Christmas because he feels unwanted and alienated.  Let him bring his woes to your event and make fun and mockery of the yule tidings.  BUT don't fear...... his heart grows through your event and soon he decided that fun and Christmas aren't so bad. 

    However, he discovers that Christmas is more than just things, and that the true spirit of the holiday is kindness and friendship. He eventually gives up on trickery and becomes a part of their family. His heart grows bigger, and he finds brings joy and harmony.
