🚚 DELIVERY: We deliver to Naperville, Aurora, Oswego, Plainfield, Lisle and surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated based on distance).
🚚 STANDARD DELIVERY:
Standard delivery hours are 9am to 5pm. After 5pm we may have a late night pick up fee or you can opt for an overnight rental. Picking up these units in the dark is not “fun” work! We understand some locations will not be able to accommodate this but once you send in the request we will respond with your best option.
🌧 RAIN POLICY:
Choose to add our rain-waiver that allows you to reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost. (Private events)
Great news - we have so many rental and entertainment options to choose from you can have a plan B! If you are not canceling your event then we have indoor units, games, entertainers. Plan in advance for a backup option and make your day worry free!
👧👦 OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for traditional bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
🧽 CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
